- Training & Placement Cell is continuously engaged in making students Globally Employable and Industry Ready.
- Individual profile of each student is maintained to keep track of progress to ensure placement. Arrangement for Pre-Placement talks, written tests, interviews, group discussions, etc. are handled by a fully dedicated team of staff members at the office. The Placement policies & other related activities are handled by the experienced coordinators & members of the Training & Placement Team.
- Career Counseling Unit (C.C.U.) at VMIT is dedicated to identify the career goals, interests & skill sets of the students & direct their potential accordingly. The centre is regularly being supervised by a highly professional team of career specialists & Counselors under the guidance of our respected Director, Dr. Nitin Vighne who is also in international Soft-skill Trainer, Psychologist & Career counselor.
- Training & Placement Cell is not just concentrating on offering jobs to the students; it has put serious efforts to improve the quality of the students by organizing timely workshops, personality development sessions, soft-skill training workshops, motivational talks, one-day seminar etc through experts in these fields are provided to students to make them Industry-Ready. It has also been constantly arranging training facilities for the students of the college.
PLACEMENT DETAILS & COMPANY VISITED
Recently in the month of June 2013 Phonix Maritime Pvt. Ltd. Took the campus interview at VMIT. In this interview students of 20 Engineering colleges from Vidharbha Region appeared. Eleven students of VMIT have been selected at the package of 15 Lakhs per annum.
